The Global Service Readiness Engineer (d/f/m) forCytiva is responsible for ensuring high serviceability standards innew product development- & lifecycle-management projects,technical publications, initial training, global partsavailability, and service processvalidation.

This position ispart of the Global Service Readiness Engineering Team located in Dreieich, Germany and will be hybrid with three days in the office and twodays mobile work. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance futuretherapeutics from discovery todelivery.

What youwill do:

  • Representthe service organization in new product development- &life-cycle management projects as technical subject matterexpert

  • Develop, update andmaintain our internal and external product servicedocumentation

  • Defineprocedures for field modifications, calibrations, and partreplacements

  • Own product andsubsystem requirements related to serviceability anddiagnosis

  • Set FRU (sparepart) strategies and interfacing with external organizations suchas Service Operations, R&D and ProductEngineering

Whoyou are:

  • UniversityDegree in Engineering: e.g. Biomedical, Mechatronics,Systems-Engineering, or comparable qualification throughwork-experience

  • Relevantwork experience as field service engineer, project engineer,manufacturingengineer

  • Hands-on approachwith regards to installations, upgrades andrepairs

  • Experience oftechnical writing and defining requirement specifications (e.g.Design for Serviceability / Design forReliability)

  • FluentlyEnglish languageskills

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

  • Demonstratedtechnical depth with problem-solving techniques and meetingdeadlines &deliverables
