Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions GmbH (MBCS) is responsible for the development, range and marketing of technical and high-quality Genuine Accessories & Collection articles for the Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Maybach and smart brands. We meet the highest standards in terms of aesthetics, design, quality and innovation - and last but not least, of course, attention to detail is also important to us.
Our approximately employees form the foundation of our success. Become part of the team as an intern in the Marketing/Communications department from September 4. You can expect a wide range of tasks, which you can work on independently, in a team or as active support.
These include, among other things
Supporting the development and implementation of national and international communication measures Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of our communication measures (research/evaluation of e.g. market surveys) Participation in cross-departmental editorial meetings Contributing to the conception and creation of content for internal and external communication platforms (print/digital) Participation in the creation of training materials (text, image, video) for our international products Collaboration with various departments (online/digital, sales (markets), licenses, HR) Collaboration with external partners, e.g. agencies, photographers, printers, image processing companies or product partners Accompanying photo shoots Carrying out information research Creating evaluations and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Carrying out and analyzing benchmarks Recording market requirements and integrating the findings into campaign planning and implementation Collaboration in topic identification & creation of regular contributions (text & image) for the linkedin profile of MBCS Qualifikationen Degree in economics or communication sciences, or similar, with a focus on marketing, communication or media management Enrollment at a university or transition phase between Bachelor's & Master's degree program Creativity, flexibility, open-mindedness, reliability and enjoy working with people Extensive experience in photography and video production as well as a good understanding of text and images Good knowledge of MS Office, Internet applications and layout as well as image and video editing programs Very good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language is an advantage Driving license class B is an advantage
