Als SeniorExpert Product Development Software (gn) bist Du verantwortlich für den Aufbauund die Weiterentwicklung unseres technologiegetriebenenSoftwareproduktentwicklungsbereichs.
Du übernimmst die Gestaltung und Umsetzung eines neuen,innovativen Softwareentwicklungsbereichs mit Fokus auf SaaS-Produkten fürunsere Kunden. Du entwickelst eine klare Vision und Strategie für denProduktentwicklungsbereich. Du führst ein interdisziplinäres, internationales agiles Softwareentwicklungsteamebenso wie ein externes Entwicklungsteam mit mehr als 20 Mitarbeitern. Du stellst die Skalierbarkeit der Anwendungen und derorganisatorischen Prozesse sicher und übernimmst darüber hinaus nochVerantwortung für eine erfolgreiche Produktentwicklung. Du steuerst Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, einschließlich Vertragsverhandlungen, Rechnungsprüfung und Budgetverantwortung. Du arbeitest eng mit technisch orientierten Stakeholdernzusammen und stimmst Dich mit diesen ab. Die Aufbereitung von Kommunikations- undEntscheidungsvorlagen für verschiedene Zielgruppen rundet Dein Aufgabenfeld ab. Du hastErfahrung in der Gestaltung von skalierbaren und robustenSoftwarearchitekturen. Du konntestbereits Kenntnisse in der Auswahl geeigneter Technologien und Frameworkssammeln. Für Dich istTeamführung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung nichts Neues, und darüber hinaushast Du die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams zu motivieren sowie zu leiten. Du verfügstüber Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der Ressourcenplanung, ebenso wie dieFähigkeit zur Schätzung von Ressourcen, Zeit und Scope. Zur Kommunikation mit Deinen Kollegen:innen verfügst du über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
