Ihre Aufgaben

Guest Relations:

Herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang unserer Kund:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen Begleitung und Betreuung der Kund:innen beim Eintritt ins Geschäft und während möglicher Wartezeiten Terminkoordinierung für Beratungsgespräche und Serviceleistungen Übernahme des Getränkeservices Assistenzaufgaben und Unterstützung des Verkaufspersonals Kontakterfassung nach Vorgaben des CRM Bedienung der Telefonanlage und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen Abwicklung von ein- und ausgehenden Kurierdienst– und Postsendungen Kontrolle des Türeinganges

Sachbearbeitung:

Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Wareneingängen und -ausgängen sowie Warenverschiebungen Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen und -sendungen Organisation von Werttransporten Bearbeitung des Postein- und ausgangs Bedienung der Telefonanlage

Ihre Qualifikationen

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/gehobene Gastronomie oder bringen Erfahrung aus dem Hospitality-Management mit Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ein hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein Angemessene Umgangsformen, ein gepflegtes Äußeres sowie selbstbewusste und positive Ausstrahlung Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig
