Guest Services Manager Nights

Are you a night owl looking for a challenging role in a dynamic hotel environment?

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Guest Services Manager to lead our night shift team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm welcome to all visitors
  • Manage the night shift team, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Be a nurturing and calm influence on the team, providing guidance and support when needed
  • Take ownership of night audits and corridor checks to ensure guest safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and achieve company goals
  • Fluency in English and German is essential for this role
