Production Quality Manager (PQM) (m/f/x)

with the vision to match our ambition

We are looking for an experienced Production Quality Manager (PQM) (m/f/x) who truly believes that the world needs Special Forces to fight climate change and reduce CO2 emissions

What you'll do:

  • Setting quality requirements for production control (Control Plan, PFMEA).
  • Establish and maintain Q laboratory activities, including equipment definition, work instruction.
  • Control internal quality process and assure actions are implemented in time.
  • Lead cross-functionally problem-solving teams to solve internal and external quality claims.
  • Assure production quality data (machine and inspections) are recorded and statistically evaluated.
  • Proven managerial & leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Requirements

You are a great match if you have:
  • You have a degree in electrical engineering or a related electrical field.
  • Experience in the battery or semiconductor industry would be plus.
  • 5+ experience in the quality sector.
  • Highly structural approach to complex technical matters.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English & at least B2 level of German.
  • Ability to travel (projects; customer visits) - up to 20%.
  • A VDA 6.3 auditor certificate would be a plus.
