Industrial Engineer Commissioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Leipzig, Germany. As an integral part of our Process & Industrial Engineering team, you will be responsible for successfully commissioning and starting equipment and processes in our new factory.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. • Act as a single point of contact for equipment manufacturers during project execution.
• Manage assigned parts of the manufacturing line and ensure agreed technical specifications are implemented.
• Solve technical open points related to equipment and maintain documentation for future scale-up phases.
• Lead equipment FAT at the manufacturer's site and document reports, assign improvement actions, and coordinate move-in to Skeleton's factory.
• Responsible for equipment commissioning and SAT in Skeleton's factory.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in the battery- or supercapacitor industry, specifically in End of Line Testing.
• Understanding of manufacturability studies and PFMEA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Familiarity with customer escalations and business thinking.

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. The location is Leipzig, Germany, with opportunities for career growth and development within Skeleton Technologies.
