Als Recruitment Teamlead bist du verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung im Hochvolumenbereich (> 400 Neueinstellungen pro Woche) von Lagerarbeitern und Zustellfahrern in einer der drei Regionen Deutschlands (Nord, Mitte, Süd). Du und dein Talent Acquistion Team strebt danach, die Einstellungsziele zu erreichen, betriebliche Themen mit den Stakeholdern aus unseren Fulfillment-Centern & Hubs abzustimmen und Hindernisse im Prozess zu beseitigen. Als Teamleiter schaffst du eine positive Atmosphäre und bist für die Betreuung von ungefähr 15 Recruitern verantwortlich. Gemeinsam arbeitet ihr an Projekten zur Verbesserung wichtiger Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) wie time to hire, applicant to hire conversion und applicant experience.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Leitung und Coaching eines Teams bestehend aus 15 Recruitern
  • Verantwortung für das Erreichen der wöchentlichen Einstellungsziele mit deinem Team
  • Sicherstellen eines schnellen und reibungslosen Prozess mit einer großartigen Kandidatenerfahrung
  • Arbeit an Projekten, um KPIs wie Effizient und Kosten zu verbessern
Über dich
  • Bachelor- und/oder Masterabschluss in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Bereich (z.B. als recruiter, talent acquisition specialist) und erste Führungserfahrung
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, um Schlüsselprobleme zu definieren und Prozesse zu verbessern
  • Kommunikationsstärke, um Stakeholder im operativen Bereich zu managen
  • Positive und energiegeladene Persönlichkeit, die sich nicht scheut, Entscheidungen zu treffen
