Aufgaben

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Schichtleitung
  • Schichtplanung und -optimierung
  • Qualitätssicherung bei der Herstellung der Speisen und deren optimalen Präsentation sowie Gewährleistung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Qualitätsstandards
  • Annahme von Warenlieferungen und Inventur
  • Einlernen neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Führung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter im Store
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bist ehrgeizig, motiviert und bringst die Bereitschaft mit dich voll reinzuhängen, um unser System auf das nächste Level zu bringen
  • Du bist sehr verlässlich und verantwortungsvoll und erreichbar
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und löst Probleme
  • Du bist empathisch und hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du bist belastbar, stressresistent und zeitlich flexibel
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Stores, oder als Assistent, idealerweise in der Systemgastronomie
