SSAM Korean BBQ in Berlin is a beacon of authentic Korean cuisine, where we are committed to delivering a memorable dining experience with every plate served. We are currently looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure our standards of excellence are upheld in customer service and operational management.

**Role: Bartender**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant’s front-of-house, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff to maintain the highest level of service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, and guest feedback, and handle any customer service issues with tact and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and other team leaders to ensure a seamless service operation.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the front-of-house area.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Working Hours**: Full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in working at the bar or any similar role.
- Bartending School Certificate is a plus
- Dedicated team player with a proactive attitude, consistently stepping in to support the service area during high-demand periods
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a busy dining environment.
- Passionate about mixology and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficient in English and German; additional languages are a bonus
