Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung und operative Umsetzung von integrierten Brand Experience Konzepten in Form von Messe-, Event- und weiteren Kommunikationsformaten. Als Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) bildest Du schwerpunktmäßig die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, allen intern involvierten Abteilungen, sowie den externen Partnern und Lieferanten und hältst somit alle Fäden zusammen. Du bietest unseren Kunden Sparring und Führung, betreust sie in der strategischen Beratung, leitest durch Budgetrunden und überzeugst mit Souveränität in Konzeptpräsentationen. Mit Verbindlichkeit kümmerst Du Dich um alle Anliegen, dabei hast Du Budget und Timing jederzeit im Blick. 

Durch strukturierte Supervision übernimmst du die fachliche Steuerung und Unterstützung Deines Projekt- oder Pitchteams, hältst und moderierst Meetings, delegierst Aufgabenpakete für die Projektmitglieder und leitest Dein integriertes Team aus strategischen, organisatorischen & kreativen Profilen im Projektalltag an. Du bist immer auf dem neuesten Stand hinsichtlich aktueller Trends und Technologien und nutzt dieses Wissen, um Kunden von innovativen Produktideen zu überzeugen und kreative Konzepte umzusetzen.

Deine Argumente

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium Fundierte Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe, vorzugsweise im internationalen Agenturumfeld Umfassendes Branchen- bzw. Kundenverständnis für Automotive-, OEM-, Industrie- und/oder Telekommunikations-Marken wünschenswert Kompetenz in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams, sowie erste disziplinare Führungsverantwortung Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung, sowie Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Ruhe auch unter Termindruck Souveränität im Umgang mit Budgets, Deadlines, sowie mit Kunden, Projekten und Gewerken Interesse an strategischen, konzeptionellen, wie auch gestalterischen Fragestellungen Offene Augen und Ohren für aktuelle Trends und Zeitgeist Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
