Your tasks

Compilation and coordination of project data to control the use of budget and resources Advising internal process consultants on equipment solutions for elaborated processes Independent commercial processing of the commissioned projects Obtaining the required order data Calculating and preparing quotations in coordination with the responsible design and production departments in equipment construction Support in scheduling and determining the possible delivery date Procurement of purchased components, external production parts and operating materials Creation of part numbers and maintenance of master data Creation of in-house production orders Monitoring order processing for individual orders and tasks Export/shipping processing in coordination with the specialist departments, taking into account applicable guidelines on packaging and shipping Processing technical inquiries from decentralized locations in the central mailbox with the involvement of the specialist departments from development and the lead plants Maintenance and further development of existing standard equipment

Your profile

Technical vocational training or qualification as a technician Experience in the areas of order processing, procurement and logistics Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP/CRM/EWM/MM Very good technical understanding and understanding of processes Good written and spoken German and English Structured and conscientious way of working High level of initiative and organizational talent Class B driving license
