Key Responsibilities

• Compile and coordinate project data to control the use of budget and resources
• Advise internal process consultants on equipment solutions for elaborated processes
• Independently process commercial projects by obtaining required order data, calculating and preparing quotations in coordination with responsible design and production departments
• Assist with scheduling and determining possible delivery dates
• Procure purchased components, external production parts, and operating materials
• Create part numbers and maintain master data
• Create in-house production orders
• Monitor order processing for individual orders and tasks
• Export/shipping processing in coordination with specialist departments, taking into account applicable guidelines on packaging and shipping
• Process technical inquiries from decentralized locations in the central mailbox with involvement of specialist departments from development and lead plants
• Maintain and further develop existing standard equipment

Requirements

• Technical vocational training/technician
• Experience in order processing, procurement, and logistics
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP CRM/EWM/MM
• Very good technical understanding and process knowledge
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Structured and conscientious work approach
• High level of initiative and organizational talent
• Class B driving license
