Ihre Chance
Aufrechterhaltung und Steuerung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Master Product Development Process (PDP) Erstellung und Pflege funktionsübergreifender Projektpläne entlang von Synchronisationsmeilensteinen Pflege eines übergreifenden Stage-Gate-Aufgabenmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira) sowie Sicherstellung der Konsistenz über alle Projektphasen und beteiligten Akteure hinweg Definition und Implementierung von Prozessen zur Steuerung eines komplexen Fahrzeugprogramms für die Serienentwicklung, einschließlich: Änderungsmanagement, Risikomanagement & Release-Management inklusive Konfigurationsmanagement Betreuung von Prozessgremien, einschließlich der Vor- und NachbereitungIhre Persönlichkeit
Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement, Fahrzeugtechnik oder verwandten Bereichen. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in einer Matrixorganisation, verbunden mit einem Hintergrund in der Fahrzeugentwicklung in der Mobilitätsbranche Beherrschung von Projektmanagement-Tools und Vertrautheit mit Projektmanagement-Methoden wie Jira, cPlace, PTC Windchill Kenntnisse in der Prozessentwicklung und -implementierung, bevorzugt in Start-ups oder neuen Organisationen, sind von Vorteil Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen, um Ideen und Perspektiven effektiv zu vermitteln Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift-
