Your tasks
Technical and methodical support and, in some cases, independent implementation of bid preparation/processing for the LE parts for the production of supply maturity (HVR)/Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Participation in the implementation, coordination and support of the requirements analysis/contract analysis for the LE parts of HVR/ILS Clarification and specification of tasks Creation and coordination of quantity structures, technical specifications, statements of work and schedules for the HVR, including technical coordination with the specialist departments Carrying out quality assurance and supporting the optimization of project requirements Preparation of status reports and further analyses of sub-project progress Carrying out and coordinating the requirements analysis for HVR/ILS, including deriving own and cross-sectional requirements after coordination with the specialist departments Carrying out quality assurance and supporting the optimization of project requirements Monitoring the performance, deadlines and costs of preparing offers/executing contracts Preparation of recommendations for action for the sub-project manager ILS/ISS Creation, processing, coordination and maintenance of the necessary project management for the area assigned to him (WBS, work packages, etc.) Support in merging, managing and maintaining the requirements model in a requirements database Assigning tasks to the specialist departments/specialist groups Creation of presentations
Your profile
Completed technical studies Training, advanced training, seminars or workshops in the field of systems engineering, ideally certification as a systems engineer Project management experience, at least IPMA Level D Several years of professional experience in the field of HVR/ILS, ideally in the area of the German armed forces Experience in projects of medium (technical) complexity Several years of experience in systems engineering, especially in requirements analysis and development Knowledge of ASD standards desirable Knowledge of statistical methods Written and spoken German and English Quick grasp of complex interrelationships Good powers of abstraction, structured way of working and very good process knowledge Ability to work in a team, initiative and a sense of responsibility Willingness to undergo security checks-
