About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Dock 22. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our projects, developing system requirements, and communicating with internal departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to our projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • System Requirements: Develop and maintain system requirements, working closely with our engineering teams to ensure that our systems meet the needs of our clients.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal departments and clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor and control component production processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to relevant committees, providing insights and recommendations to improve our project delivery and business performance.
Requirements
  • Process-Oriented Thinking: Strong process-oriented and structured thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Project Experience: Proven experience in project work, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office and possibly SAP, with a strong understanding of technical systems and processes.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Technical degree or equivalent qualifications, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
