Legacy Code Maintenance: Lead efforts in understanding, maintaining, and enhancing complex legacy codebases. Collaborate with the team to identify and address issues in existing code, focusing on stability, security, and performance. Hardware Architecture and Windows Internals: Applying knowledge Windows internals to address system-level challenges User mode applications: Develop and maintain client or administration solutions Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development and tracking changes over time. Troubleshooting: Beyond debugging, having a knack for systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving is valuable, especially when dealing with complex system issues.

Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial, not only for collaboration with developers but also for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, clients, or team members. Documentation: The ability to create clear documentation for code, design decisions, and troubleshooting processes is often essential for knowledge sharing and future reference. Adaptability: An ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge is valuable. Programming skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to the technology stack (C/C++). Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to analyse complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and troubleshoot issues effectively Language Skills: Good english language skill are essential, german language skills very welcome
