It's an exciting time to join our B2B Sales team in Berlin as a Sales Development Representative as you can see the impact of your work as you'll be on the front line of the company's growth.

As a Sales Development Representative your mission will be to create and seize new business opportunities by generating leads and booking qualified meetings from a carefully curated list. You'll engage in outbound calls to various industries and companies, taking ownership of meeting results and budget goals. By joining us as a Sales Development Representative you'll play a pivotal role in driving real growth in the B2B market in Germany.

You have good active listening skills with the ability to quickly adapt in each interaction and change your focus from pitching your product to genuinely trying to understand the customer’s situation and needs delivering value with every customer interaction.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

Identify and qualify potential leads to fuel the sales pipeline. Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone calls (90%), emails (10%) and through other sales specific tools to engage potential customers. Articulate EasyPark's value proposition and product to prospects to create an interest and further seize opportunities for the sales team to facilitate the sales process. Create relationships with the prospects and nurture these throughout each interaction Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to optimize lead generation efforts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system.

About you

Organized with efficient planning skills Experience within telesales environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport with potential customers. Good active listening abilities Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
