Topics such as digitalization, operational excellence, electrification and sustainability determine our future and have an impact on our production system. As an in-house lean consultancy, we support the production and planning departments of Mercedes-Benz Cars in the introduction and further development of the Mercedes-Benz Production System (MPS).
However, good ideas don't just fall from the sky - they are always the result of a creative process and a lot of work. For this reason, we need reinforcement in our team. As part of your internship, you will work at the interface between consulting, project management and organizational development. With your creativity and appealing design, you will enable smooth communication with all stakeholders involved. Your areas of responsibility are correspondingly wide-ranging and varied.
These are your tasks:
Conception, design and layout of logos and key visuals Media-specific preparation of content (graphics, photos, videos and texts) Developing ideas for new communication concepts (digital and on-site) on your own initiative Creating and adapting layouts and ensuring compliance with CI guidelines Attractive design of presentations for top management (German and English) Qualifikationen Ongoing studies in the field of graphic/media and communication sciences or a comparable course of study Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (written and spoken) Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint) Experience and expertise in graphic design as well as very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, After Effects) are desirable A high degree of creativity and personal responsibility with an eye for visually appealing design Interest and openness to familiarize yourself with various projects and digital tools with different technical content Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working Team spirit and reliabilityYou don't have everything?
