It reports to the Head of Brand, Siemens Communication, Khanh Huynh-Kürzinger. Your role In this global leadership function you will own and drive the brand communication for sustainability at Siemens. It requires someone who can switch seamlessly between strategy and perfect execution along the audience experience journey.You bring a broad range of internal and external partners together by delivering consistent and aligned brand communication around the topics. Critical success factors are strong collaboration and close alignment with the global sustainability team and other key communication departments, regions and businesses on central initiatives and their execution. Your responsibilities Lead global brand communication strategy for sustainability as part of the overall brand equity / narrative Define messaging priorities while being clear on key points of differences across our different target groups (internal / external) and develop a roadmap on how we will bring the strategy to life working in partnership with the communications function and with our businesses and regions Be responsible for the global message and brand content including critical metrics for sustainability, build a coherent and comprehensive content framework for activation by the ecosystem, underpinned by data insights and fit for use Lead communication development across all touchpoints from strategy, creation, production and distribution in line with global brand equity guidelines Positive relationship with key partners and communications teams Develop and lead a team of four communication managers Your profile You have many years of experience in brand management and / or brand communication, ideally in a leading B2B technology company with experience and good understanding of impactful sustainability communication in B2B You are well skilled in strategic leadership with the ability to encourage and have several years of confirmed experience in people management as an empowering leader You have an eye for business and a proven track record in delivering results Siginficant attention to detail in a sustainability context for consistency in execution Further you bring strong expertise in brand communication development from strategy to excellent execution and have shown thought leadership on digital communications regarding the latest trends in content marketing and across channels with clear important metrics Your working style is based on phenomenal teamwork skills and you are experienced in navigating matrix organizations, i.e. ability to build strong working relationships / networks and influence critical collaborators, decision-makers and/or internal influencers You have worked in international teams, and ideally, agile organizations Business fluent in English and ideally German, other languages are a plus Formal qualification: University degree or equivalent degree in marketing, business, communication or related field of study What we offer 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard Development opportunities for both personal and professional growth 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG Find more benefits Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences.  Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
