Aufgaben
Umsetzung der Markt- und Preisstrategie im Gebiet, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen Anwerben von Kunden in ausgewählten Zielmärkten, Initiierung von Projekten und Umwandlung in Verkäufe Leitung und Koordinierung von Kundenprojekten mit Unterstützung des technischen Supportteams und des Kundendienstteams Organisation von Kundentagen und Produktschulungen für Vertriebspartner Forcieren des Verkaufs neuer Produkte Rückmeldung der Marktbedürfnisse und -trends an die Produktentwicklung und das Geschäft Erstellung von Angeboten und deren Nachverfolgung Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche zur Festigung bestehender Kontakte und zur aktiven Akquisition neuer Kunden Teilnahme an Messen und Konferenzen Überwachung von Umsatz, Volumen und Marge bei bestehenden Kunden; Erstellung von Umsatzprognosen und Budgets für die Region Vollständige Dokumentation der Kundenbesuche in Form von Besuchsberichten
Anforderungen
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen an Klebstoffe zu verstehen und zu diskutieren Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil Präsentations- und Verhandlungsgeschick Initiative, Eigenmotivation, Ergebnisorientierung, Unternehmergeist
