Was dich erwartet

#Prozess Management : Sicherstellen von prozess- und projektbezogenen Aufgaben für die operativen Billing-Einheiten #Transformationsmanagement : Mitarbeit bei der erfolgreichen Prozesstransformation sowie deren Weiterentwicklung #Prozessoptimierung : Identifizierung und Analyse von Harmonisierungs/ Verbesserungspotentialen in Bereichen die auf die Steigerung der Service Qualität und oder Prozessfähigkeit abzielen #Prozessanalyse : Erstellung von Prozessanalysen und Anforderungsprofilen (System Change Request) #Projekt Management : Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Sicherstellung der Prozess und Systemintegration #Prozessintegration : Begleitung bei der Einführung von neuen Prozessen und Methoden im Geschäftsprozessmanagement

Was du mitbringst

Studium in technischer oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung Sehr #strukturierte sowie stark ausgeprägte #analytische Arbeitsweise Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der #Telekommunikationsbrache im Bereich #Back End Festnetz Erfahrung in #agilen Arbeitsweisen sowie #Anforderungsmanagement / #Requirements Engineering Erfahrung im Einsatz von #Celonis , sowie der Norm #ISO 9001 oder #eTOM Sehr gute #Deutsch und #Englischkenntnisse
