Deine Aufgaben

Assistant Manager (w/m/d) Tax - Global Mobility Services wirst Du bei uns mit einem Studium der Rechts-, Wirtschafts- oder Finanzwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des internationalen Mitarbeiter:inneneinsatzes und hast entsprechende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Einkommensteuer, internationales Steuerrecht, Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen und Lohnsteuer. Zudem bist Du ein Kommunikationstalent und dein Herz schlägt für die Nähe zu deinen Mandant:innen und das Arbeiten im Team. Erste Erfahrungen in der eigenständigen Betreuung von Mandaten hast du bereits gesammelt. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Deine Qualifikationen ab.

Dein Profil

Mit Deiner Expertise im Bereich des internationalen Mitarbeitereinsatzes möchtest Du den Bereich Global Mobility Services strategisch unterstützen? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:
Du berätst die HR-/Steuerabteilung global agierender Unternehmen in steuerlichen Fragen internationaler Mitarbeiter:innenmobilität. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du Mandant:innen in Projekten zum Thema Remote Work/"work from anywhere" und gestaltest so die Arbeitswelt von morgen mit. Die Koordination von Beratungsleistungen für die globalen Auslandseinsätze unserer Mandant:innen und die intensive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren ausländischen Mitgliedsfirmen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben. Du verantwortest steuerliche Deklarationsleistungen für grenzüberschreitend tätige Mitarbeitende und bist Ansprechpartner:in für die Mitarbeitenden und HR.
