Verstärke unser Product Management > CX Team ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) oder in Teilzeit als (Senior) Project Manager Customer Experience (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte bspw. in München, Berlin, Hamburg oder zu 100% im Homeoffice.

Das erwartet Dich

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung für Projekte in den Bereichen Product Management, Customer Experience und Service Excellence für unsere verschiedenen Studienformate (Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge).
  • Du koordinierst Optimierungen der Customer Journey und Product Delivery, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und den Erfolg des Produkts in der jeweiligen Zielgruppe zu steigern und gestaltest die Umsetzung der Projekte aktiv mit.
  • Du nutzt verschiedene Datenquellen wie Customer Insights, Marktrecherchen, Zielgruppenanalysen und User Research, um Produktinnovationen und verbesserte Service- und Lernangebote zu entwickeln und zu bewerten.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über mehrere Projekte im Team, unterstützt die Fachbereichsleitung im OKR-Management und erstellst Projektupdates und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top-Management.

    Du arbeitest eng mit den Produkt- und Projektmanagern im Team sowie mehreren cross-funktionalen Schnittstellen wie Student Service, Accounting, Academia und IT zusammen, um ein nahtloses und erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit einem relevanten Schwerpunkt mit.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im CX-Umfeld. Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder im Bereich Higher Education ist von Vorteil.
  • Du hast eine starke Affinität zu KPIs und Daten und nutzt diese zur Entscheidungsfindung und zur Verbesserung der Customer Experience.
  • Du denkst und handelst stets kundenorientiert. Ein positives, proaktives und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten zeichnet dich aus.
  • Du bist hands-on und besitzt einen unternehmerischen Spirit. Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
