Du hast bereits (erste) Erfahrungen in RPA-Projekten bzw. in der Konzeption und Umsetzung mit Automatisierungstechnologien, kannst dich für die neuesten Technologien begeistern und möchtest gemeinsam mit uns wachsen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig
 
Vermitteln und Gestalten – als Consultant bist du Schlüsselspieler/-in für unseren Unternehmenserfolg und bewegst dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachabteilungen und der IT. Du gestaltest und managst unsere RPA Projekte und bist erster Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden für technische Fragestellungen: 
 Weiterhin übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
 

Konzeptionelle Beratung im Handlungsfeld Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Organisationen, Optimierung von IT-gestützten Geschäftsprozessen bei den Versorgungsunternehmen durch RPA Lösungen oder anderen Technologien Du berätst unseren Kunden bei der Ausrichtung, Gestaltung und Anwendung von RPA Lösungen Du analysierst und optimierst die Prozesse und bist für verantwortlich für die korrekte Automatisierung Du führst Workshops, Machbarkeitsstudien, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Proof-of-Concepts bzw. Projektpilotierung und Ramp-Ups von RPA Lösungen durch Du berätst und begleitest beratend die Projektumsetzung in kundennahen Rollen(z.B. als Product Owner) und unterstützt in der Projektplanung im Kontext der Realisierung digitaler Strategien 

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung in relevanten Bereichen Erfahrung in RPA-Projekten oder Kenntnisse über Konzeption und Umsetzung mit Automatisierungstechnologien Erfahrung mit der Architektur und Erstellung von Software Code Solides Handwerkszeug in den Bereichen Requirements Engineering und Prozessmodellierung sowie Erfahrungen in der eigenverantwortlichen Konzeption, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops Innovative Herangehensweise an analytische Problemstellungen, ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine hohe Leistungsmotivation Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft
