Our department (VAN/OED - Production Planning Body-in-White) is responsible for the holistic planning of production processes.
This includes
Concept creation, planning of production processes, plant and equipment, operating resources, material flow and provision, employee deployment (production times), economical use of capital, employees and material costs Collaboration in quality management and processes to improve effectiveness Advising and influencing vehicle development for new products and changes as well as transferring know-how between the Van production sites Current projects include automation projects, quality assurance concepts, product change projects and various process optimization projectsOur team consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues who look forward to your support.

Various projects are carried out as part of production planning activities. The aim is to prepare the content of the projects so that they can be put out to tender. The tasks include the compilation of information, analysis and technical as well as economic consideration. The tasks also include supporting the respective planner for a defined area in various topics and taking on cross-sectional tasks.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Preparation and participation in the creation of documents as part of project coordination Documentation and reporting of sub-project scopes Detailing the scope of planning Creating decision templates, schedules etc. for project meetings and committees Creating presentations and documentation for various topics Summarizing, coordinating and communicating the concepts created in the specialist departments Recording/tracking deadlines, project progress and project status Planning, coordinating and communicating weekend activities Implementation and monitoring of trials Conducting meetings and preparing minutes Preparation of system acceptance, creation and tracking of defect lists Creating work instructions and process descriptions Developing methods and procedures Communication with the relevant discussion partners Qualifikationen Degree in economics or a comparable course of study Proficient in written and spoken German and English Confident handling of MS Office, Access and database knowledge, as well as VBA programming an advantage Commitment and ability to work in a team Strong communication skills, independence Analytical mindset and strategic way of workingAdditional information:
