Remote Support Engineer Unified Communication (m/w/d) Level 2

Ihre Aufgaben:

Problemanalyse und Beseitigung von Störungen per Remote an CISCO Unified Communications Lösungen 2th Level Support - technische Unterstützung bei der Entstörung komplexer Systemkonfigurationen Pro­blem­ana­ly­se und Be­sei­ti­gung von Stö­run­gen an 3rd Party Applikationen Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Workarounds zur Umsetzung durch den Kunden oder einen Techniker vor Ort Bearbeitung und Be­treu­ung von technischen Eskalationen an den Hersteller Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der bestehenden Serviceverträge Umsetzung von Standard und Non-Standard-Changes und anschließende Erfolgskontrolle Teilnahme an Schichtdiensten / Ruf - & Einsatzbereitschaften
