Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) in unserem HR-Team hast Du die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln und zu sinnvollen Projekten beizutragen.

Wir suchen einen motivierten und detailorientierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung. Da Du bei verschiedenen Aufgaben eng mit unserem HR-Team zusammenarbeiten wirst, suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zur Verfügung steht.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt das Onboarding von Mitarbeitern, indem Du Dokumente vorbereitest, Orientierungsgespräche führst und einen reibungslosen Übergang für neue Mitarbeiter sicherstellst
  • Du arbeitest an HR-Datenprojekten mit und hilfst dabei, Trends und Erkenntnisse zu ermitteln
  • Du erledigst Verwaltungsaufgaben wie die Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und die Aktualisierung von Personaldatenbanken
  • Du trägst zu Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung innerhalb der Personalabteilung bei
Was du mitbringst
  • Immatrikulation in einem einschlägigen Studiengang (z. B. Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie usw.).
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Beherrschung von Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
  • Am wichtigsten ist: Leidenschaft für Menschen
