Werkstudent (m/w/d) – People & Culture Services

Arbeitszeit: 20 Std./Woche, bis zu 40 Std./Woche während der vorlesungsfreien Zeit möglich
Was Dich erwartet:
- Du unterstützt das People & Culture Service-Center bei der administrativen Personalarbeit und arbeitest gemeinsam mit ihnen an der Umsetzung der Strategien und Ziele
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer und standardisierter People & Culture-Prozesse und übernimmst eigenständig Sonderprojekte aus dem Human Resources Bereich (z. B. Qualitätskontrolle von SAP Personalstammdaten, Erstellung von Prozessflows und Auswertungen in Excel)
- Du übernimmst selbständig die Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Vertragsdokumenten sowie Zeugnissen
Qualifikationen
Dein Profil passt super zu uns:
- Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Wünschenswerterweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich gesammelt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel) und fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und arbeitest selbständig
- Dich zeichnen absolute Zuverlässigkeit und eine präzise Arbeitsweise aus
