Verstärke unser Sales Process > CRM Team ab sofort in Vollzeit als Business Analyst Salesforce (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte (z.B. München, Hamburg etc.) in Deutschland oder deutschlandweit remote.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Product Owner und unseren Stakeholdern und verantwortest das zentrale Anforderungsmanagement innerhalb von Pre-Sales.
  • Im Rahmen der Erstellung von technischen Konzepten und PoCs bewertest du Anforderungen kritisch mit Fokus auf den Business Value.
  • Du unterstützt den B2C OnCampus Bereich bei der technischen Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und der effizienten Nutzung von Salesforce.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse und die Abbildung von Datenmodellen und du optimierst die Kundeninteraktions- und Vertriebsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren teaminternen Sales Process Ownern und weiteren Stakeholdern.
  • Du entwickelst und präsentierst Lösungsalternativen und versuchst kontinuierlich die Effizienz in unserer Organisation zu steigern.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung idealerweise in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit in Kombination mit IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit digitalen Technologien zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessanalyse und -optimierung, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und bringst viel Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung von verschiedenen Stakeholdern mit.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Salesforce (insb. Sales Cloud) und im Design von CRM- Systemen runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du verfügst über fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
