Ihr Arbeitsalltag bei Samsung SDS:

Seien Sie Teil unseres Teams und führen Sie die täglichen Transportvorgänge für einen der wichtigsten Kunden von Samsung SDS durch. Seien Sie verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Kundenprozesse, den Kundenservice und agieren dabei als entschlossener Problemlöser. Als erster und wichtigster Ansprechpartner für den Kunden, den Spediteur und die SDS-Lagerkollegen erleben Sie den Standort aus allen Perspektiven. Neben den täglichen operativen Aufgaben sind Sie der Hauptansprechpartner, um operative Änderungen mit Hilfe Ihrer Erfahrung und Ihres Wissens zu steuern.

Aufgaben
  • Durchführung der täglichen Transportplanung und Koordination von Verladungen, sowie Lieferungen an den Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von administrativen Buchungsprozessen
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Logistikpartner und Kunden bei Fragen zur Auftragslage
  • Verarbeitung von Kundenanforderungen, Distributionsbedingungen und Dokumentation, für ein optimales Serviceniveau
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle aller Sendungen
  • Umsetzung möglicher Expresslieferungen
  • Planung und Vorbereitung auf „Peak Seasons“
  • Analyse von logistischen Engpässen
  • Erarbeitung von Problemlösungen bei Herausforderungen und Reklamationen
Qualifikation
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik / Supply Chain Management o.ä.
  • Oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliches – idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
  • Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung – auch während des Studiums möglich - im kaufmännischen Büroumfeld gerne mit Kenntnissen aus der Logistikbranche
  • Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Hands-on-Mentalität und Belastbarkeit in Stress-Situationen
  • Strukturiertes und organisiertes Arbeiten mit der Fähigkeit Aufgaben zu priorisieren
  • Proaktives und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (hauptsächlich Excel, Excel-Pivot-Tabellen, Makros usw.)
  • Erfahrung mit SAP, TMS Tools wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
