Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Instore Logistik Prozessen Erstellen von Monatsreportings und KPI Analysen Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen den Verkaufshäusern und der Zentrale Detailplanung von Sonderprozessen (. jährliche Verkaufsinventur) und Marketingaktionen aus der Instore Logistik Perspektive Analyse bestehender und neuer Prozesse sowie Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen Konzeption von Schulungs- und Präsentationsunterlagen für verschiedene Stakeholder (General Sales Manager, Abteilungsleiter und diverser Zentralbereiche) Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von kleineren Projekten inkl. Business Case Erstellung bis hin zum Rollout

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Business Administration, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Idealerweise 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Begeisterung an sämtlichen Verkaufsprozessen von Instore Logistik über Verkauf bis hin zum Kassenwesen Analytisches und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit und Detailgenauigkeit Eine hohe Eigenmotivation, Flexibilität sowie Offenheit, sich neues Wissen anzueignen Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Starke und sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
