Ihre Aufgaben
Monitoren und Fernüberwachen von Windkraftanlagen Analysieren von Fehlermeldungen der Windkraftanlagen, eigenständiges Troubleshooting insbesondere bei Fehlern der elektrischen Komponenten Überwachen und Kontrollieren der Netzwerkverbindungen zu einzelnen Windparks Erster technischer Support für Serviceteams Telefonische Unterstützung der Serviceteams mit Hilfe von Schaltplänen, Netzwerkplänen und Parameterlisten Gewährleisten des optimalen Regelbetriebs der Anlagen Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Einhaltung von globalen ProzessenIhre Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich Berufserfahrung im Bereich Windkraftanlagen wünschenswert Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der allgemeinen Steuerungs- und Antriebstechnik Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Office Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eigenverantwortliches Handeln Selbständigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden Fähigkeit, schnell und flexibel auf neue Situationen zu reagieren Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh / Spät / Nacht / Tag)Unser Angebot
