Diese Herausforderung erwartet dich:

Für unseren Fachbereich Communications & Marketing suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Student:in mit ersten Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Film, Fotografie und Grafikdesign. Die Stelle bietet dir einen spannenden Spielraum und die Möglichkeit, mittels von dir produziertem Content die Wahrnehmung von IAV extern sowie intern entscheidend mitzugestalten.

Unser Team arbeitet deutschlandweit – mit Mitarbeitenden an unseren Entwicklungs­zentren Berlin, Gifhorn und Chemnitz / Stollberg. Dein Arbeitsort kann sowohl unser Berliner als auch Gifhorner Entwicklungs­zentrum sein. Reisetätigkeiten solltest du nicht scheuen. Mobile Arbeit ist bei uns ebenfalls etabliert und bietet dir flexible Möglichkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Videoerstellung und Fotografie unter anderem für unsere Corporate Website und Social-Media-Auftritte (Porträts von Mitarbeitenden, Events, Interviews, Büroleben u. a.)
  • Du übernimmst den Prozess von der Planung über die Durchführung bis hin zur Postproduktion
  • Du kümmerst dich in der Postproduktion um den Videoschnitt, erstellst einfache Animationen sowie Motion Graphics und mischst die Tonspur ab
  • Du arbeitest mit diversen internen Projekt­beteiligten und externen Dienstleistern zusammen
  • Du entwickelst unserer Film- und Audio­techniken und übernimmst die Pflege der internen Mediendatenbank
  • Du findest Wege, wie man unsere erklärungsbedürftigen Produkte und Lösungen einfach und überzeugend kommunizieren kann
  • Du übernimmst dabei die gestalterische und technische Kameraführung, die richtige Lichtsetzung denkst du dabei immer mit
Notwendige Kenntnisse:
  • Du bist mitten in einem Studium, in dem die Bereiche Video und Foto den Kern deines Lernens abbilden (Film & Motion Design, Kommunikationsdesign, Medienproduktion, Film & Fernsehen, u. a.)
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu kreativen Gestaltungsprozessen sowie zu Bewegtbild
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Videoproduktion mit
  • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gewünschte Kenntnisse:
  • Freude im Gestalten und Implementieren von Online-Inhalten und digitalen Medien
  • Kommunikatives Geschick im Umgang mit heterogenen Teams
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität
