This challenge awaits you:
For a newly created position in our Communications & Marketing department, we are looking for a student with initial experience in the fields of film, photography and graphic design. The position offers you an exciting scope and the opportunity to play a decisive role in shaping IAV's perception both externally and internally by means of content you produce.
- Our Communications & Marketing team works throughout Germany - with employees at our development centers in Berlin, Gifhorn and Chemnitz/Stollberg. Your work location can be either our Berlin or Gifhorn development center. You should not shy away from traveling. Mobile work is also established with us and offers you flexible possibilities.

Your Tasks:

- Video creation and photography. Among other things, for our corporate website and social media appearances (portraits of employees, events, interviews, office life, etc.).
- From planning to execution to post-production.
- You will take care of video editing in post-production, create simple animations as well as motion graphics and mix the soundtrack
- Collaboration with various internal project participants and external service providers
- Further development and continuous maintenance of our film and audio techniques as well as the internal media database
- You find ways to communicate our products and solutions in need of explanation in a simple and convincing way
- You will be responsible for the creative and technical camera work, always thinking about the right lighting.

Necessary Skills:

- You are in the middle of a course of study in which the areas of video and photography form the core of your learning (film & motion design, communication design, media production, film & television, etc.).
- High affinity for creative design processes and moving images
- First experiences in the field of video production
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Desired Skills:

- Pleasure in designing and implementing online content and digital media
- Communicative skills in dealing with heterogeneous teams
- Flexibility in terms of time
