Responsibilities

Defining reference architectures and blueprints for strategic architectural topics, finance and controlling, supply chain, human resources and corporate functions Supporting the design and further development of target IT architectures for corporate across all regions Providing transparency on the As-Is IT landscapes and develop transformation roadmaps Maintaining EA assets in the Enterprise Architecture Management Program (in LeanIX)  Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and analyze the impact on corporate in proof-of-concepts. By identifying trends and technologies, you drive initiatives Promoting the digitalization and standardization as fundamental for the energy transition across various stakeholder groups  Acting as a consultant (m/f/d) and as design authority in strategic architectural transformation programs, e.g S4 hana transformation program, HR Cloud transformation program Supporting the design and further development of target IT architectures for corporate across all regions Providing transparency on the As-Is IT landscapes and develop transformation roadmaps

Qualifications

Many years of relevant experience in the context of enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, transformation of IT application landscapes Relevant experience especially in the context of SaaS or public cloud, as well as integration and interface management incl. Microservices and Data Integration Architecture Know-how in the context of business applications and processes of HR rounds off your profile - in addition, you know the need for future technologies in the energy industry Profound knowledge of IT applications landscape for HCM, Collaboration and UI/UX Practical experience in IT architecture of emerging technologies like Successfactors, Workday etc. Profound knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Gartner, ArchiMa Proactive,… ) and Tools such as LeanIX, Sparc, Erwin Familiar with DevOps and Agile Project Delivery  Experience in established Enterprise Vendor Solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS is a plus  You are fluent in written and spoken English
