Ihre Rolle:

Als Senior Expert Foreign Trade - Export Controls gehören die strategische und konzeptionelle Entwicklung sowie die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Exportkontroll- und Monitoringprozesse aus „end-to-end“- Perspektive für die zugeordnete(n) Business Units von ZEISS zu Ihren Aufgaben. In Ihrer Rolle agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zu den internen ZEISS Funktionen als auch zu den Exportkontroll- und Zollbehörden. Die Sicherstellung zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben mit dem Ziel, die sich aus nationaler und internationaler Gesetzgebung (u.a. Sanktionen & wirtschaftspolitische Maßnahmen) ergebenden Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie Risiken, Strafbarkeitsrisiken und Finanzpotenziale zu steuern, gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Portfolio an Aufgaben. Zusätzlich werden Sie wegweisende Neu-Projekte aus exportkontroll- und zollrechtlicher Sicht leiten und somit - durch Ihr Expertenwissen - zum Erfolg von ZEISS beitragen.

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder der Fachrichtung Zollrecht, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Ingenieurwissenschaft

5-8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei einem global tätigen Wirtschaftsunternehmen, im gehobenen Dienst oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften mit relevanter Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden sowie Leitung von Projekten/behördlichen Prüfungen

Umfassendes Verständnis von Gesetzgebungs- und Genehmigungsverfahren, verwaltungsrechtlichen Verfahren

Ihre Kompetenz hinsichtlich Projektmanagement bereits in mehreren Projekten (wünschenswert im Rahmen von IT-Foreign Trade Projekten) unter Beweis stellen können

Enge Kontakte zu den zuständigen Exportkontroll-Behörden, hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Belastbarkeit

Einen sicheren Umgang in MS-Office und anderen SAP-Modulen (u.a. R/3)

Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
