We are seeking a highly motivated Senior B2B Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of our outbound sales efforts for the Westwing B2B team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cold acquisition strategy that drives new business growth. You will lead a diverse team, coach them to success, and be prepared to get hands-on with direct outreach activities. If you are a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality, this is the ideal opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing B2B business. This position is unlimited and based in Munich .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
develop and implement a comprehensive cold acquisition strategy to bring in new B2B clients (Interior Designer, Property Developer, Offices, Hotels) and expand our market presence lead by example through active participation in cold calling and prospecting efforts to drive business growth build, coach, and manage a high-performing team, comprising agencies, freelancers, and working students, to ensure the success of our outbound sales initiatives create and refine processes to optimise outbound sales activities for scalability and maximum effectiveness monitor performance metrics and encourage the team to consistently achieve top results through regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans collaborate with senior leadership to align cold acquisition efforts with the overall B2B strategy and business goals stay abreast of industry trends and continuously refine the cold acquisition strategy to ensure competitiveness and efficiency in the market
YOU COME WITH
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on cold acquisition and outbound sales a proven track record of success in building and executing effective cold acquisition strategies experience in managing and coaching teams, with a hands-on leadership style that motivates and drives performance strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders a hunter mentality with a passion for sales and the willingness to actively participate in cold calling and prospecting experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset fluency in German and English is required
