You will mainly focus on the following tasks:

Facilitate the Accounts Receivables invoicing process, meticulously validating "Ready to Invoice" status and crafting polished invoices Support Rate Card update process, conducting thorough 4-eyes principle reviews of steering tables for the pricing calculation tool and internal invoice audits Engage in the Accounts Payable process, meticulously validating and approving provider invoices to maintain financial integrity Contribute to the estimation and forecasting of costs and revenues, leveraging analytical skills to provide valuable insights Support with ad hoc analysis and reporting Handle various administration tasks with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations Contact

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial or office clerk, or higher studies Recent graduates or professionals with a few years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel. You should be used to work with Pivot tables, XlookUp and other function such as If, And, Max, Min, Sum etc. Knowledge in Power BI is a plus Organized and great attention to details Excellent with numbers Good written and oral communication skills Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
