Define and drive the strategic framework for the Target Operating Model for . Morgan SE OOT, to enable successful execution of its vision, thereby meeting business objectives Partner with the OOT Team to identify and execute on opportunities to improve reporting from stakeholders to provide consistent and transparent messaging that is focused on risk identification and mitigation; this includes identifying opportunities for better “storytelling” including visualization and automation of reporting leveraging digital tooling Lead the centralization of all ongoing programs and projects within the scope of the Head of . Morgan SE OOT, bringing and ensuring consistency and consolidated senior management and oversight Provide bespoke support to the Head of .
