Sie unterstützen unser Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft.

Dafür übernehmen Sie administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Büro- und Schreibarbeiten.

Sie unterstützen in der Betreuung unserer Kunden.

Zudem nehmen Sie Terminabstimmung mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten vor.

Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Bestellung von Material und Werkzeugen.

Sie bearbeiten und prüfen Rechnungen.

Sie befinden sich in einem wirtschafts- oder rechtswissenschaftlichen (BWL / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Jura) oder vergleichbaren Studium

Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sind Sie versiert.
