These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Your mission 

As Senior Partner Account Manager you manage a portfolio of our most relevant strategic partner accounts, and develop and maintain strong relationships that drive business growth for our company.

  • You have a proactive and winning personality and leverage your interpersonal and communication skills to build strong rapport to partners and stakeholders.
  • You are experienced in developing your accounts from an end-to-end perspective and in steering large and complex projects across various teams.
  • In your role, you will act as one face to the external B2B partner while being the central project owner and driver towards the internal, cross-functional DCS organization.
  • You will coordinate and steer effectively and impactfully all required key stakeholders (e.g. Commercial Partner Operations, Technical Partner Management, Legal, Procurement, Product Management, IT, Finance & Accounting, etc.) to ensure smooth B2B partner onboarding, integration and operations as well as full project success regarding budget, quality and timing.

 

Your profile
  • +8 years of experience in business development, partner and account management, sales, purchasing or related fields
  • +4 years experience in managing complex and larger IT and software projects (Agile/Scrum)
  • Experience in the EV charging industry with established network to key players is a clear plus
  • Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in written form, with ability to build rapport with stakeholders from various business fields
  • Proactive and winning personality combined with a result-driven mindset and strong sense of accountability that enables you to build and grow partnerships across Europe
  • Very strong self-management, problem-solving and project management skills with ability to steer complex topics across cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions about financial performance and growth potentials
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure that contracts and agreements are accurate and comply with legal requirements.
  • Strong and reliable team player with positive and collaborative attitude that is able to adapt to new situations, and effectively work with different personalities, functionalities and departments
