DEINE AUFGABEN
WAS ERWARTET DICH?

Produktmanagement
Du übernimmst das Produktmanagement für die elektrische "Balance of Plant" unserer Elektrolyseanlagen. Dabei bist du verantwortlich für die Ermittlung der Anforderungen und die Erstellung von Produktspezifikationen für die elektrische Ausrüstung unserer Alkali- und SOEC-Elektrolysemodule – insbesondere für die Leistungselektronik und Transformatoren, welche die Energieversorgung sicherstellen.

Berücksichtigung von Anforderungen und Zielen
Unter Berücksichtigung von internen Anforderungen, den Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, Lieferantenfähigkeiten und Erfahrungen aus anderen Projekten, behältst du stets die Kosten- und Effizienzziele im Auge.

Bewertung von Lösungsansätzen
Du bewertest neue Lösungsansätze wirtschaftlich und technisch, hinsichtlich Lebensdauerkosten und dem resultierenden Einfluss auf die Wasserstoff-Gestehungskosten. Dabei behältst du die normativen und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Blick und stellst via Monitoring sicher, dass diese eingehalten werden.

WAS BRINGST DU MIT?

Studium/Ausbildung
Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Master-Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Leistungselektronik bzw. Elektrische Energieversorgung.

Erfahrung
Du verfügst über mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich elektrotechnischer Ausrüstungen, idealerweise einschließlich Leistungselektronik und Transformatoren. Außerdem hast du ein sehr gutes Verständnis zu Kosten und bereits Erfahrungen in der Kommunikation und Koordination von externen Geschäftspartnern (Lieferanten, Kunden).

Persönlichkeit
Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und souveräne Ausstrahlung, ergänzt mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität. Die Fähigkeit zur Moderation und Motivation über Abteilungs- und Unternehmensgrenzen hinweg zählen ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken, wodurch es dir leichtfällt, über den Tellerrand hinauszudenken und Verantwortung proaktiv zu übernehmen.

Sprache
Du bringst Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse auf dem Niveau C1 mit und bist in der Lage, in beiden Sprachen sicher zu kommunizieren.
