As Senior Associate Reception & Office Management you will be the first point of contact for all our team members and external guests. You contribute to the smooth running of the office, and you are not afraid to take on tasks proactively. With your positive attitude you will be working in a team together with another colleague and you can expect a very diversified workplace. The position is possible in full-time or part-time (20 hours/week), is unlimited and located in Munich. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • managing incoming and outgoing emails, calls, mail, and packages
  • handling meeting room reservations
  • procuring and organizing office supplies
  • coordinating first aid and fire safety training sessions
  • supporting with the planning and execution of office events
  • ensuring the smooth operation and organization of all office-related activities
