Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

Im Rahmen eines Grundausbildungsprogramms durchläufst Du unsere verschiedenen Abteilungen, bekommst einen persönlichen Mentor zugeordnet und wirst dabei in den folgenden Bereichen ausgebildet:

S/4HANA Applikation (Financials, Banking, Insurance oder Utilities) S/4HANA Technology (Spaltenbasierte In-Memory Datenbanken, Netweaver Grundlagen, Mobile Anwendungen) (ABAP) Programmierung (Objektorientierte Programmierung, HTML5, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, JAVA) Servicelieferung für das SAP Premiumkundensegment

Du designest und erbringst technische Services im Bereich Custom Code Management, Data Volume Management oder Clean Core Methodologie, die wir weltweit innerhalb der Engagements unseren Kunden zur Verfügung stellen. Dabei unterstützt Du in technischer Hinsicht bei der Implementierung sowie den Betrieb der IT-Organisation und berätst das Senior Management in diversen komplexen Fragestellungen auf dem Weg zum Intelligent Enterprise.

Das solltest du mitbringen 

Als SAP Business Process Consultant (w/m/d) begleitest Du Kunden aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen aktiv bei der digitalen Transformation und bringst IT-Projekte zur Umsetzung. Bereits nach Deinem Onboarding arbeitest Du als Teil eines multikulturellen Teams an Kundenprojekten. Hier nimmst Du an Workshops teil, bearbeitest von Anfang an eigenverantwortlich Teilaufgaben und unterstützt mit innovativen Ideen. Dabei erhältst Du Einblicke in unterschiedliche Rollen und Deine persönliche Karriereentwicklung wird kontinuierlich gefördert. Für Berufseinsteiger:Innen bieten wir mit dem SAP Career Starter Programm eine umfassende Vorbereitung auf die Aufgaben eines SAP Consultants. Im Rahmen eines vielfältigen, mehrwöchigen Ausbildungsblocks lernst Du die Grundlagen der SAP im Bereich Strategie, Organisation, Methodik und Technologie kennen.

Notwendige Kenntnisse

Guter Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Maschinenbau, Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt IT. Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse und gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Lösung komplexer Probleme. Kommunikations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Wir unterstützen die Einführung der SAP Software und stellen sicher, dass unsere Kunden ihre Software erfolgreich planen, implementieren, integrieren und betreiben können, einschließlich kontinuierlicher Verbesserung, Qualitätsmanagement, Problemlösung und Wissenstransfer.

Die Stärke unserer Center of Expertise (CoE) ist es, für Kunden mit einem Premium Engagement Support eine starke Unterstützung zu bieten, Experten bei Bedarf kurzfristig zur Verfügung zu stellen, kritische Probleme zeitnah zu analysieren und zu lösen. Dies findet entweder vor Ort beim Kunden statt oder wird remote über unsere Serviceinfrastruktur unterstützt.
