Deine Aufgaben- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der IT-Infrastrukturstrategie sowie der technischen IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur
- Leitung, Koordination und Steuerung strategisch relevanter IT-Projekte
- Sicherstellung des Betriebs der hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (Cloud- / Local-Services) und der IT-Sicherheitsarchitektur
- Aufbau und strategische Weiterentwicklung des IT-Infrastruktur-Supports und des IT-Service-Desks nach ITIL-Standards
- Mitwirkung bei der internen IT-Leistungsverrechnung und Prozessoptimierung
- Budgetverantwortung für Investitionen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Services
- Management der IT-Dienstleister
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der IT
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von hybriden IT-Infrastrukturen und -Services
- Expertise im Management von On-Premises-, Hybrid- und Cloud-Infrastrukturkonzepten
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten nach Projektmanagement-Standards
- Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift für internationale Projekteinsätze (mind. C1 Niveau)
- Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches, ergebnis- und serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie eine hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
