Your mission

  • You take operational & strategic responsibility for all (european) performance marketing channels with a focus on paid social and SEA
  • You are an absolute KPI professional and are always keen to get to grips with the latest developments and implement them successfully
  • You are responsible for an 8-digit budget in 8 european markets, define performance strategies in all channels and ensure the achievement of performance targets
  • You help us to scale the brand profitably to 100m sales in the next few years
  • You are a passionate leader and lead and build our international performance marketing team
  • You enjoy testing new channels & tools with your team and have innovative ideas to further optimize our performance
  • You like to be hands-on and support your team in the operational business
Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of performance marketing experience in the e-commerce environment
  • Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience and are passionate about employee development and team building or are highly motivated to take off as a manager
  • You are creative and have a good eye for appealing and effective advertising material
  • You have experience with the responsibility of high budgets
  • You are very familiar with different types of campaigns
  • You are analytical, enjoy numbers and tricky problems and are also strong in conceptual thinking
  • You speak english (german, italian or french is a plus) very well and are characterized by clear communication skills
