Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise mit technischem und/oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund. Zudem haben Sie mindestens 7 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in Vertriebsprojekten mit Fokus auf IT Outsourcing und insbesondere auch sehr großen, internationalen IT Projekten. Außerdem kennen Sie die Price-to-Win Methode sowie Value Based Pricing Methoden in der Anwendung in Vertriebsvorhaben und konnten diese bereits erfolgreich umsetzen. Darüber hinaus haben Sie bereits Kalkulationen und Business Cases für IT Produkte und/oder ICT Outsourcing-Projekte entwickelt, umgesetzt und optimiert.
Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen:
Nachweisbar erfolgreicher Abschluss von ICT Outsourcing Vorhaben in internationalem und multikulturellem Umfeld Mindestens 9 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld IT Outsourcing Detaillierte Kenntnisse der Marktentwicklungen und des Wettbewerbs sowie insbesondere Referenzpreise und Benchmarks und deren Quellen Nachweisebare Erfahrung mit Benchmark-Tools (z.B. ProBenchmark) sowie Markt Analysten (z.B. Gartner) zur Ermittlung von Kundendaten (z.B. TCO, Kostenbasis, IT Strategie, kommerzielle KPIs) in der Analysephase Außerordentliche Kenntnis von Price-to-Win Methoden in der Anwendung für Cloud und Digital Portfolio und der Entwicklung von werteorientierten Preisstrategien Erfahrung im Value Selling und der Gestaltung von Value Proposition zur Differenzierung vom Wettbewerb Kenntnis von Value Based Pricing Methoden und Analyseverfahren (z.B. Economic Value Estimation, Client Benefit Assessment, DuPont Analyse) Präsentation komplexer technischer und finanzieller Sachverhalte auf CxO-Level und gegenüber internen Leitungsfunktionen Nachweisbare Kenntnis von Produktivitäts-KPIs zur Bewertung von Kostentreibern und Steuerung von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Business Cases bzgl. betriebsw.
