Die VDI GmbH ist die Management Holding der VDI-Gruppe. Sie hält und steuert einerseits die Beteiligungen an ihren Tochtergesellschaften und verantwortet somit die wirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten der jeweiligen Gesellschaften. Damit trägt die VDI GmbH zu einer nachhaltigen und profitablen Entwicklung der ganzen Gruppe bei. Andererseits agiert sie als interner Dienstleister für die Tochtergesellschaften. In der VDI GmbH arbeiten die Fachleute für die zentralen Themen Finanzen, Personal, Einkauf, Recht, IT, PMO und Organisationsentwicklung.

Die VDI GmbH sucht eine dynamische und visionäre Führungspersönlichkeit für die Position der Leitung des HR, Unternehmens- und Personalentwicklungsbereichs sowie des Talent Attraction Managements.

Das erwartet dich:

Du bist Vorreiter*in bei der Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Optimierung aller HR-Prozesse im Employee Lifecycle, vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding. Dein Ziel: mehr Effizienz, Flexibilität und Agilität im Team. Als Leitung des HR-Teams fungierst du sowohl als Visionär*in als auch als Teamleiter*in, indem du die Verantwortung für die Führung und Entwicklung des Teams übernimmst. Dabei förderst du ein Umfeld, das Weiterentwicklung unterstützt, indem du klare Ziele setzt, regelmäßiges Feedback gibst und individuelle Entwicklungspläne erstellst. Das Team, bestehend aus HR-Business-Partner*innen und HR-Sachbearbeiter*innen, profitiert von deiner unterstützenden und inspirierenden Führung, um seine volle Leistungsfähigkeit zu entfalten. Gleichzeitig unterstützt du das Team Unternehmens- und Personalentwicklung, bestehend aus Talent Attraction Management, Change und Kommunikation, dabei, als selbstorganisierte Expert*innen eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten. Du schaffst eine offene und transparente Kommunikationskultur, die den Austausch von Ideen und Wissen fördert – in deinen Teams, und im gesamten Unternehmen. Das bringst du mit:

Dein Hintergrund umfasst ein Studium im Bereich Human Resources Management, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen.  Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, einschließlich Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Projektmanagement, um eine effiziente und zeitgemäße HR-Infrastruktur sicherzustellen. Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Talentmanagement- und Entwicklungskonzepten sowie im Arbeitsrecht und der Anwendung von HR-Softwarelösungen sind für diese Position unerlässlich, um die Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Compliance im Unternehmen zu gewährleisten. Zusätzlich bringst du Coaching-Fähigkeiten mit oder hast eine Coaching-Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, um Mitarbeitende individuell zu unterstützen und ihre persönliche sowie berufliche Entwicklung zu fördern. Als erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit übernimmst du die Entwicklung von Teams mit einer starken Ausrichtung auf Selbstorganisation und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, um eine kollaborative und agile Arbeitskultur zu etablieren. Du verfügst über umfassende Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Transformationen sowohl im kulturellen als auch im operativen Bereich und kannst erfolgreiche Veränderungsprozesse initiieren und begleiten, um die Anpassungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens an sich verändernde Anforderungen zu gewährleisten.
