Your Job- Supporting the Transaction Manager throughout the entire transaction process
- Supporting the Due Diligence & Transaction Services department with administrative and operational tasks
- Creation, evaluation, assessment, and provision of project-related virtual data rooms as basis for transaction due diligence
- Self-employed management of information exchange and Q&A procedures
- Assisting decentralized market units and departments to prepare for Bank Financing with all necessary project contracts & documents
- Min. 5 years of professional experience, preferably in renewable energy, business, or engineering (M&A experience preferred)
- A completed university degree, preferably in renewable energy, business or engineering-related topics
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills
- The ability to work on different projects in parallel and to be able to support multiple team members
- Experience and familiarity with business topics and tasks
- Great MS Office application skills
- Willingness and ability to travel (occasionally required)
- English must have, and Spanish is preferred
- 30 days of holiday
